Grassland offers a safe but highly effective lawn fertilization and weed control program tailored to the specific needs of your lawn. After a free lawn analysis, we'll put together a program to effectively manage your lawns needs. As all of our programs are performance driven, there's never a contract to sign or prepayment required.
Plant Health Care:
Grassland's plant health care division is composed of highly trained, licensed and skilled professionals who can effectively identify and diagnose diseases and pests associated with most plant material and can treat the material and pull it out of decline in most cases. we also offer regular preventive maintenance applications that include organic fertilizes, pesticides and fungicides.
Landscape Installation
Grassland offers a complete landscape design and installation service. Our landscape designs are free of charge if we install the material and are designed by one of the most creative designers in the Southeast. The plans are hand drawn to scale and colored. The plant material is hand selected and approved by our designer to insure the best quality and health. All installations come with a 90 day
warranty or a 1 year warranty if the plant material is irrigated.
Irrigation Installation
Grassland installs the best irrigation systems in the market.
All of our irrigation systems come with a standard two year warranty and offer reliable, systematic watering for years well beyond that. We use only the best materials and our
installation professionals are quick, efficient and clean as the
project is in progress. The end result is an efficient watering
system with little or no evidence that the construction event
ever occurred.
Irrigation Maintenance and Repair
We'll service and maintain your irrigation system regardless of who installed it. Our service crews are highly skilled at quickly recognizing and repairing issues with your system and adjusting it to maximize your system's efficacy. All repairs have a one year warranty and our response time is typically within a few hours.
Landscape Lighting
Bring your landscaping to life at night with a landscape lighting system installed by Grassland. All landscape lighting systems offer a 10 year warranty on the transformer and fixtures and a 6 month warranty on the bulbs. We can maintain
your system after the installation and can repair your existing
system if issues exist.
Outdoor Pest Control:
Whether it eats you, your pets or your plant material, Grassland can eradicate these pests from your outdoor living areas. Moles, Aphids, grubs, chiggers, fleas and any other biting or blood sucking insect can be effectively and safely controlled by our low cost yet highly effective treatment program giving you and your family access to your lawn without the swat and itch..

Aeration and Overseeding:
We have our Fescue blended to specifications conducive to maximum yield and sustainability for the Middle Tennessee area. Our aeration process is extraordinarily thorough and the end result is a lush green healthy lawn.
Dethatching:
The process of removing the lawn wastes such as leaf litter and grass clippings that accumulate throughout the year at the soil level below the grass blade. This service allows air and water to more effectively penetrate the soil surface and reduces significantly the risks of fungus and other pests. It also greatly increases seed germination due to the increased seed to soil contact that the dethatching process creates.
